With an endless range of possible flavour combinations, this nutty chocolate caramel entremet is delectable and fulfilling. It consists of an almond and pecan sponge, piped with home-made salted caramel, then coated in a nutty milk and dark chocolate coating and then finished off with goldleaf… drooling yet?
