Lemon meringue cake
This cake is a light sponge that has a subtly lemon flavour. It is layered with lemon curd and iced in lemon buttercream. It has a chocolate drip and soft Italian Meringue cascade ontop of that, decadently finished off with mini white chocolate slabs, meringues and dots of lemon curd. Available in 15cm, 20cm and 25cm sizes.
