This cake is a light sponge that has a subtle lemon flavour. It is layered with lemon curd and iced in lemon buttercream. With a gorgeous white chocolate drip and heaps of soft Italian Meringue cascade ontop, decadently finished off with mini white chocolate slabs, meringues and dots of lemon curd, this cake is as zesty as it sounds!
