Rainbow cake
As the name suggests, this cake contains the colours of the rainbow! It is made up of 6 layers of sponge cake in red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple, sandwiched and iced with vanilla butter icing. It is piped with a shell border and finished off with edible colourful confetti. This is the perfect cake for a kiddie’s party if you do not want anything too extravagant, while still allowing the ‘wow’ factor. Choose to have this cake as a naked cake if you prefer. Available in 15cm, 20cm and 25cm sizes.
